2 The rack is skewed. Rack skewing includes rack centerline skew and high and low tilt on both sides of the rack, both of which can cause severe deviations and are difficult to adjust.

3 The pressure of the rubber sheets on both sides of the guide groove is not uniform. Due to the uneven pressure of the rubber sheet, the running resistance on both sides of the belt is inconsistent, causing the belt to run off.

4 The rubber performance of the traditional buffer roller surface is poor, which causes the material to scatter and pile up. The belt is deflected due to uneven force during transportation.

1 Deviation caused by the roller and roller adhesive. After the belt conveyor runs for a period of time, due to the certain viscosity of some minerals, some of the mineral powder will stick to the roller and the idler roller, so that the partial diameter of the roller or the roller becomes larger, causing uneven tension on both sides of the belt. Causes the belt to run off.

2 Deviation caused by belt slack. After the adjusted belt is running for a period of time, due to the long-term deformation or aging of the belt stretching, the tension of the belt will decrease, causing the belt to slack and cause the belt to run off.

3 The deviation caused by uneven distribution of mineral materials. If the belt does not run when it is idling, the heavy load will run off, indicating that the mineral material is unevenly distributed on both sides of the belt. The uneven distribution of mineral materials is mainly caused by the incorrect direction and position of the ore material. If the mineral material is biased to the left, the belt will be deflected to the right; vice versa.

4 The deviation caused by vibration during operation. The mechanical vibration of the belt conveyor during operation is unavoidable. The faster the belt runs, the greater the vibration, and the greater the deviation of the belt. In the belt conveyor, the vibration caused by the radial runout of the idler has a large influence on the belt deviation.

5 During the operation of the belt, the traditional buffer roller of the blanking buffer is likely to cause uneven belt force and material scattering, resulting in uneven belt stress and material accumulation, which in turn aggravates the belt deviation.

1. Adjust the roller set

When the belt of the belt conveyor runs off the middle of the belt conveyor, the position of the roller group should be adjusted to adjust the deviation. The growth holes on both sides of the roller bracket are convenient for adjustment. The adjustment method is shown in Figure 1. The specific method is which side of the belt is biased, which side of the roller set moves forward toward the belt running direction, or the other side moves backward. As shown in Fig. 1, when the belt is deflected in the downward direction, the upper position of the idler roller group should be moved to the left, and the lower position of the idler roller group is moved to the right. This method can eliminate the belt deviation caused by the slack of the frame, uneven distribution of mineral materials, vibration, etc., caused by belt slack and rack skew.

2 Adjust the position of the drive roller and the reversing roller

The adjustment of the drive roller and the redirecting roller is an important part of the belt deviation adjustment. Because a belt conveyor has at least 2-5 rollers, all rollers are installed at a position perpendicular to the center line of the belt conveyor. If the deflection is too large, deviation will occur. For the head roller, such as the belt, to the right side of the drum, the bearing housing on the right side should move forward, and the belt should be moved to the left side of the drum. The bearing housing on the left side should move forward, and the corresponding bearing can also Move the left bearing housing back or the right bearing housing back. The tail roller is adjusted in the opposite way to the head roller.

Due to the limited adjustment distance of the drive roller (10mm - 30mm). Normally, after adjusting the shaft line of the drive roller to be perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the belt conveyor, the position of the tail reversing roller bearing housing is adjusted mainly by the screw tensioning device or the weight tensioning device, and it is adjusted repeatedly until The belt is adjusted to a better position. This method can be effectively eliminated.

3 tension adjustment

The adjustment of the belt tension is a very important part of the belt conveyor's deviation adjustment. The two reversing rollers on the upper part of the heavy hammer tensioning should be perpendicular to the vertical line of gravity in addition to the longitudinal direction of the belt, that is, the horizontal center line of the shaft is ensured. When using a screw tension or hydraulic cylinder tensioning, the two housings of the tensioning drum should be translated simultaneously to ensure that the drum axis is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the belt. The specific method of adjusting the belt deviation is similar to the adjustment at the drum. The method can effectively eliminate belt slack caused by belt slack and rack skew.

4 Two-way operation of belt conveyor adjustment

The adjustment of the deviation of the belt conveyor belt of the two-way operation is much more difficult than the adjustment of the deviation of the one-way belt conveyor. In the specific adjustment, one direction should be adjusted first, and then another direction should be adjusted. You should adjust one direction first and then adjust the other direction. During the adjustment, the relationship between the direction of the belt movement and the tendency of the deviation should be carefully observed and adjusted one by one. The focus is on the adjustment of the drive roller and the redirecting roller, followed by the adjustment of the idler and the adjustment of the blanking point of the material.
